Grafalgo - A Library of Graph Algorithms and Supporting Data Structures (revised)
نویسنده
چکیده
This report provides an (updated) overview of Grafalgo, an opensource library of graph algorithms and the data structures used to implement them. The programs in this library were originally written to support a graduate class in advanced data structures and algorithms at Washington University. Because the code’s primary purpose was pedagogical, it was written to be as straightforward as possible, while still being highly efficient. Grafalgo is implemented in C++ and incorporates some features of C++11. The library is available on an open-source basis and may be downloaded from https://code.google.com/p/grafalgo/. Source code documentation is at www.arl.wustl.edu/~jst/doc/grafalgo. While not designed as production code, the library is suitable for use in larger systems, so long as its limitations are understood. The readability of the code also makes it relatively straightforward to extend it for other purposes. Grafalglo includes implementations of algorithms for a variety of classical graph optimization problems. These include the minimum spanning tree problem, the shortest path problem, the max flow problem, the min-cost flow problem, the graph matching problem and the edge coloring problem 1 ar X iv :1 60 1. 01 59 7v 1 [ cs .D S] 7 J an 2 01 6

متن کاملSingle-Source Shortest Paths with the Parallel Boost Graph Library
The Parallel Boost Graph Library (Parallel BGL) is a library of graph algorithms and data structures for distributed-memory computation on large graphs. Developed with the Generic Programming paradigm, the Parallel BGL is highly customizable, supporting various graph data structures, arbitrary vertex and edge properties, and different communication media. In this paper, we describe the implemen...
متن کاملThe Parallel BGL: A Generic Library for Distributed Graph Computations
This paper presents the Parallel BGL, a generic C++ library for distributed graph computation. Like the sequential Boost Graph Library (BGL) upon which it is based, the Parallel BGL applies the paradigm of generic programming to the domain of graph computations. Emphasizing efficient generic algorithms and the use of concepts to specify the requirements on type parameters, the Parallel BGL also...
متن کاملParleda: a Library for Parallel Processing in Computational Geometry Applications
ParLeda is a software library that provides the basic primitives needed for parallel implementation of computational geometry applications. It can also be used in implementing a parallel application that uses geometric data structures. The parallel model that we use is based on a new heterogeneous parallel model named HBSP, which is based on BSP and is introduced here. ParLeda uses two main lib...
متن کاملA Software Library of Dynamic Graph Algorithms 1
We report on a software library of dynamic graph algorithms. It was written in C++ as an extension of LEDA, the library of eecient data types and algorithms. It contains implementations of simple data structures as well as of sophisticated data structures for dynamic connectivity, dynamic minimum spanning trees, dynamic single source shortest paths, and dynamic transitive closure. All data stru...
